Davante and Monique Gardner

Davante’ and Monique Gardner got started in real estate in 2017 by buying their first AirBnB as a solution to their unique situation of living overseas part-time. They are both passionate about building generational wealth and inspiring others to do the same. Davante’ is a pro-athlete in Japan and Monique is a small business owner. Together, they enjoy traveling and documenting their adventures on YouTube while immersing themselves in Japanese culture. In the off-season, they love spending time with family and friends and looking for new rental properties.
